The Jamcracker Services Delivery Network (JSDN)

Jamcracker’s Services Delivery Network (JSDN) platform aggregates different types of services and providers, enabling unified cloud catalogue management. Clients of CBS Africa can use the JSDN to deliver hundreds of pre-integrated third-party services, along with their own internal and partner services.

CBS Africa’s custom adaptor framework also allows for easy integration with no additional certification required. In addition, CBS Africa has all rights for sale and distribution for Jamcracker and its associated technologies for Africa, making CBS Africa the natural choice for deploying cloud brokerage solutions within the continent.



The core of the Jamcracker Services Delivery Network (JSDN) is a multi-tiered, multi-tenant cloud delivery and management platform that supports self-service cloud fulfillment, delegated administration, and channel enablement. This is applicable to both internal cloud services brokerages—for example, IT organisations aggregating public and private clouds for internal users—and external CSBs, including service providers, distributors, and any other type of customer-facing marketplace.

Jamcracker’s platform architecture simplifies and automates the aggregation of diverse cloud services by unifying catalog management, order management, security and policy management, user and service administration, billing and settlement, usage reporting and auditing, and license management workflows across internally and externally hosted cloud services. The platform is globalised to support multiple languages, currencies, time zones and date formats.

Services can include Software-as-a-Service (SaaS), Platform-as-a-Service (PaaS), Infrastructure-as-a-Service (IaaS), and any other cloud-based or virtualised application.
